Love this store,very nice clean furniture if you want awesome staff always stop when visiting Cape Coral and the proceeds go to hospice
This store is by no means a thrift store!! Way over priced. Listing pictures and furniture for more than they would sell in a retail store. Sell a basic sofa table for $300 bucks. Ridiculous , Considering everything in there was donated. Absolutely every picture is at least $30. All Dish sets $250 and more. They think everything old is considered worth a fortune. Whoever sets the pricing in here should never wonder why they cannot move things. Shocked they still are in business with prices as high as they are.

Paid $150 and the delivery guys refused to bring it upstairs. I get it, stairs suck. But that's your job. After telling them to leave the couch in the lobby I was ignored, and then several times again I told them to leave the couch in the lobby so I could figure out getting it upstairs myself. Again, the drivers ignored me, and took the couch I paid for back to the store. After another call from my husband who was at work, they finally returned the couch to the lobby. Es increíble la falta de ética este lugar, imagínate que ando en busca de una prenda ahí dice que tienen dos piezas pero la otra pieza por más que la busque no la encontré les dije que me llevaba el Jacket así por el mismo precio de los dos y me dijeron, no te lo podemos vender. cuál fue la razón, no me la dieron, en qué les afectaba?? en nada, solo quieren hacer negocio sobre negocio cuando ven la posibilidad, alguien debería de frenar y investigar los precios extremadamente exorbitantes.
