Super bad. The staff has no business helping people in recovery. They no very little about addiction and helping people, their education in it is very little, I don't know how they got their jobs there. Didn't learn anything. They just tought the basics like coping skills. No shit I learned that 25 years ago. They need better staff that's more educated on the subject. My counselor and the manager did absolutely nothing for me. They always said we're busy right now. They food was horrendous and people got sick and from the ch... read more
Not sure I trust this place. Was advised by a Counselor that in-person visits were allowed as long as I was bringing my family member items. I showed up only for someone claiming to be a Supervisor to tell me I was "misinformed" and that no visitation was allowed. No consistency either. I called one day and Staff put my family member on the phone. The next day I call and was told we can neither confirm or deny this person is staying here. They wouldn't put them on the phone but stated they would give my family member my numb... read more
Staff r Amazing and very helpful!
Staff is somewhat helpful, but you have to advocate for yourself. It’s about favoritism as well. I treated the staff with respect when I was there because it was how I was raised. People are over medicated there, nodding off in groups being disrespectful. I love how they can over medicate catching those flies while they sleep. I heard a counselor tell someone “quit nodding off before I narcan your ass”. He eventually left..big surprise . There are way to many males than females. Not a good environment for females or anyone w... read more
Most staff is super unhelpful. Asking to speak to someone about important recovery things are like pulling teeth if they will even see you. No clear cut policy with covid. If you come here find either Gina, Nate, or Enrique. They will go out of their way for you. Don’t bother with the director. I asked to speak with her when she was done on the phone, she said yes and still am waiting that was a week ago. Find a better place that will work with you and your insurance. You will benefit from it more!
