This place has the most compassionate and caring staff I’ve ever came across in this field not only do they go above and beyond to help people but also help find resources for you that are beneficial as well. Their hands down a great resource for our community and also for victims of any and all kinds of abuse.
Needed to refill a harassment order on the same people they helped me file against two years ago but now suddenly this time they refused to help me staying for reasons of “conflict” yet two years ago it wasn’t an issue for them to help me. Place is a joke and specifically Suzy is a joke!
If I could give zero stars, I would... Got beat up by my boyfriend, at the time and got no help from them. I called several times in a three month period, still no help. Finally, I was told it was to long from the incident to get help from them...what? They never started!!! The HOPE center is just a stepping stone to work for the rice county government. Don't bother.
