I had to wait for a little while after I arrived for my appointment, but I've had to wait longer at other places. I've been to one or two places that had a really bad smell. I was worried I would encounter it here too but I didn't notice anything. I could tell that they took pride in their office's appearance. It was very well organized and well taken care of. They always make an extra effort to make me feel respected and attended to. They always listen to every question or concern I may have.
