I've been being treated at this center for a month now. Moved from out of state. Everyone is nice and attentive of anything you need. Glad I made this choice rather than going to Vegas. Great job thanks.
Staff can be friendly. But understand they are extremely busy. With different people and different cancer and treatment. They just need to be able to speak in english and tell us what the initial mean.
This office is really going to start looking for a larger facility. To many people in a small waiting room. I'm in a wheelchair and if full of waiting people there is no way to get to the room where chemo and other procedures are done, the 12 people have to stand up to let me pass to get in and come out. Last appointment we had three wheelchairs, two walkers buy the entrance door and receptionist and standing room only to boot.
