I paid $60 for a 30 minute consultation, hoping for some professional advice. Mr. Chen had never heard about, let alone understand, some of the basic concepts in personal tax planning. Grossly incompetent. He is at best a glorified tax filer for low income population. Not sure how he got his designation. Avoid them!
