My fiance has been trying to get an appointment with this place for MONTHS. "We'll call you back", "oh I'm sorry your insurance was just approved well call you back next week" there was never a call. After reading other reviews I can see this is normal. Highly unprofessional place that clearly doesn't care about people. This has just added to his stress among other things. Hope behavioral healthcare?? Lol. Hope??? Yeah right. They don't provide hope.
Wasted our time for months. Therapist we were assigned was a joke and lied to us. He was working on it for over year........if you have a child that needs help go somewhere else.
