Made me feel like a burden and was not helpful at all. She asked me how I felt about birth control, and I told her that I was unsure. Instead of explaining it to me, she got offended and said, "well what are you going to do about your cramps?" When I asked her to help me understand why my cramps get so bad, she told me it was normal and went into no further detail. She doesn't listen or seem to genuinely care about her patients. She was my first OBGYN when I was 16 and all she does is throw you on a horrible kind of birth control and not try to find the root cause of symptoms. Last time I went to an appt with her, my anxiety was through the roof and all she did was make me feel more uncomfortable by saying that I had no reason to be anxious in a rude tone. She won't do labs to find out what is going on. Most doctors at Jennie Stuart are this way and that's why I stopped going there.

Hope is alway professional and friendly. She is very patient and cares about her patient concerns and complaints. I highly recommend her.
