I would not bring your car here to get serviced they played me entirely because I am a girl. Ask for my car to be diagnosed and she said she would put me in a rental the following week just to find out they will not have rentals for a “long time” she took advantage of me. Claim my warranty wouldn’t pay for my service I called my warranty they said they never got a claim from this place. Cannot say enough what a blessing Mike and his team were to me and my family! We were traveling back to Texas when we had a flat. We had to get back home in a timely fashion. They worked hard to make the repair and get us back on the road. The showed us compassion and generosity when we were having a hard day. Cannot say enough good things about these folks. Disappointed in the lack of transparency from Dionne Hopson. I was under the impression that my taxes, title, registration etc was financed into the vehicle price like i had asked for. Nope, he was just trying to get the monthly payments low enough that I'd sign the papers. They also put 6 hard inquiries on my credit report in one day and now my transunion score is in the poor range. It's supposed to show up as one hard inquiry, not 6.
