I had my very first Ion Cleanse today at Hope and Wellness on Route 74 in Ashford. If you have never had this service, you must give it a try. It was amazing. Hope is so knowledgeable. I also had my monthly Pedicure. This service is always so relaxing. I left the shop today feeling as so calm and simply awesome. If you want to be pampered, the girls at Hope and Wellness are there to take great care of you. Love all of you.
