Such a great experience! I had some severe neck and shoulder pain from carrying and feeding my baby. After the first appointment, I am already feeling way less pain and a surprisingly awesome side effect, I have been sleeping deeper and better now! I’ve always been hesitant about neck adjustments but I can say Dr. Amanda put me at ease and I’ve going to her regularly now for not only new mom pains but also past and current aliments from years of doing Jiu Jitsu.
