Well I just had the displeasure of going here and there is no hope for healing because I had the bad luck if dealing with the front desk lady who possesses the nastiest attitude.. she should not be the front person for your business.. she was nasty over the phone and nasty in person.. if you’re looking for a place that has a compassionate staff please don’t wast your time .. take your business elsewhere .. Nikki was very nice .. I can’t bother to remember the other lady name she is forgettable
They double charged my insurance, sent me the wrong garments twice. I have Medicaid insurance and they are committing insurance fraud. Please do not trust them with your care, having Lymphedema is the worst and these people are just going to take advantage of you.
I would like to thank Terri for telling my mother, who needed a $5.78 refund for her compression garments after her cancer, that she needed to find a new place to do business. I’m sorry you double billed her insurance company and you charged her too much, which was caught by my mom when she was asking the insurance company about it.
