On April 1, 2026, between approximately 8:00–8:30pm, I visited Hopdoddy Burger Bar located at 798 Sorella Ct., Ste 199, Houston, TX 77024. I ordered a hamburger cooked well‑done. When I arrived home and began eating, I discovered the burger was significantly undercooked — pink throughout and nowhere near well‑done. We came into the restaurant location in Fort Worth, TX on May 3 at 6:00 pm with our family, which is 11 of us. We placed our order at the desk and we have food allergies, so we are very specific with our order to accommodate those food allergies. When we got our food, we were missing avocado on two of our sandwiches, and then one of the other sandwiches was not correct.
