The Hopatcong Observatory is also an astronomy club, and I love being a member! I get early notice of upcoming star parties, a magazine subscription, and comraderie from club meetings where everyone is happy to share equipment and knowledge. I recommend becoming a member.

The Hopatcong Observatory is one of the secret places for any lover of astronomy. It offers an opportunity to view the wonders of the sky, such as the phases of the Moon, the Great Red Spot of Jupiter, and the stunning rings of Saturn in great detail.
