We were one and done here. The beer was good, but the music was such that we put in earplugs to be comfortable. We enjoyed their beers in other places we found them. I'll happily have more Hop Butcher beer somewhere else, but I'm not coming back to the tap room.

Hop Butcher For The World is an absolute paradise for hazy IPA and NEIPA lovers. My husband and I have visited renowned craft breweries across more than a dozen states, and Hop Butcher genuinely has by far the best hazy IPA lineup in Chicago—and honestly, rivals the very best in the country.
