Awesome IPAs!!!
THE place for lovers of hoppy, hazy IPAs in Chicago. Intimate tap room (30 ish capacity) plus extra space for a couple dozen more in the area between taproom and to-go/merch shop. Staff are friendly and seem to enjoy what they are doing. Great neighborhood too with a lot going on.
Great brewery with a rotating selection of mostly IPAs but other delicious ales and seltzers. Friendly employees and a clean environment. A must visit for beer lovers in Chicago.
Seemed a little off but still great! Will visit Chicago in Dec to taste it from the Hop Butcher's tap!
