I’m sharing this based on a close friend’s recent experience with Hooves and Paws, because what happened is too serious not to warn others about. Their dog was showing clear neurological symptoms, but instead of being referred to a specialist or treated with urgency, they were sent home with pain medications and minimal guidance.
