Service and response time were excellent on first coldest days of the year
have used Hoover's for years and would use them again. however, must state with the latest service we needed a part installed on our hot water tank ( 15-20 min required to complete) the tech wanted to drain the tank to replace part. He had no pump or proper hose (the 6' length of garden hose he had was full of kinks and wouldn't allow water to drain properly) to drain tank so the repair took over 3 hrs waiting for it to drain...surprising to me the correct simple tools were not available
