Cleon provided warm and knowledgeable service that made me feel valued and respected.
I tried to get a quote from Hoovers, I tried to give detail as to where the wood stove would go. They never told me I’d have to be on site, then after visiting insinuated I wasted their time, and refused to give me a quote. Meanwhile I was at work and told them any questions to give me a text. Overall really unprofessional first impression, and I will not be recommending them to anyone in the future given how uncooperative they were with me
