I HAVE BEEN DEALING WITH AUTO REPAIR SHOPS FOR YEARS, THESE GUYS ARE THE REAL DEAL.THEY GO OUT OF THEIR WAY TO DO WHAT EVER IT TAKES TO ACCOMMODATE YOUR NEEDS. BEST OF ALL THEY KNOW WHAT THEY ARE DOING WHEN IT COMES TO FIXING THE PROBLEM AND GETTING YOU BACK ON THE ROAD FOR A FAIR AND HONEST PRICE. HIGHLY RECOMMEND!
Very dissapointing experience. I took my truck in because of a knock and was estimated $4000 for a big repair, I called family ford of bluffton and they said they would do the same repair for $3000, so I took it there and they told me I just got bad fuel! When I refilled, the knock was gone! So glad I got a second opinion from family ford, it saved me $4000! We will not be using knapp repair again sadly.
This company has done more for my company than I could list.Over and over again All of those guys have went above and beyond for us….even went all the way to Arkansas to fix my bucket truck and bring it back to us.Don’t know what we would have done without them and am Extremely grateful for Everything they continue to do!!!
