Car was the only one to be looked at for several days when I inquired why they said because they had other vehicles ahead even though when it was dropped off they said they'd look at it the next day (took them 3 days). They ignored what was said about the vehicle and of course thought I didn't know what was wrong with it, yet they were literally told what the problem was. at the end of the day they charged nearly 200 bux to tighten some battery cables. Dropped my car off because it wouldn't start I told them I didn't know what the problem was they said it was fixed I got the car back and next day I broke down on the side of the road don't take your car here if you're a female they will take advantage of you
My truck battery died… this morning… in their parking lot. The voltage dial was moving around a little, Jake wasn’t alarmed by it and seemed very familiar with the issue. I needed an alternator. Jake got me up and rolling so fast, I ended up making it to work today. I love my 2008 Silverado (Lucy) and Jake took excellent care of her. Chuck and his team were AMAZING! My windshield washer pump went out and it was hard to see to drive through this winter weather. They got me right in, looked at it, told me everything I needed to know and got it fixed fast. My exhaust was also loud and they helped me with that too! For far less than a major shop was going to charge me. Thank you Hoover & Sons Auto Repair! I will be a dedicated customer now.
