The owner was very rude, until realizing over the phone that I was a loyal customer. Have had all 3 of my Mercedes in the past worked on here and recently got a new one with a small oil leak from the oil pan gaskets. Linda was super rude, I was over charged in the past for things not needed. I got comfortable with a employee there and dealing with Her “Daniel “ very honestly and super easy to deal with, when I asked to speak to Daniel ‘ Linda was very rude and said NO yelling I am the owner. 0 stars for the owner
Picked up my van for a camping trip and ran into a grounding issue. Mike Hoover drove 3 hours one way to personally fix the issue!!!Highly knowledgeable true professionals that haven’t forgot their shade tree mechanic roots
I will forever take my Mercedes to the Hoover team. They are always efficient, knowledgeable, and priced extremely fairly. Don’t look anywhere else. Bring your Mercedes here!!! Also, a huge thank you to Mike Hill for all the help with an insurance claim on my S Class and more. From day one he has been extremely helpful and even offered to give me a ride to my home nearby.
