I never write reviews, but this business deserves one. I'll keep it short, if you have a Mercedes-Benz, and you need work done on it, you want to get a detailed explanation of what is wrong, get pictures of what is wrong, get constant communication, get a fast & quality repair at a good price then go here. Very simple.
I brought my car to Hoover earlier this year with alternator & battery issues. The Hoover team quickly identified several other issues and helped me identify which items needed to be addressed ASAP and what could be performed later. They also provided valuable insight into what to expect if any of the postponed service items were to fail. I ended up getting everything fixed and the car drives like new. Highly recommend!
The owner was very rude, until realizing over the phone that I was a loyal customer. Have had all 3 of my Mercedes in the past worked on here and recently got a new one with a small oil leak from the oil pan gaskets. Linda was super rude, I was over charged in the past for things not needed. I got comfortable with a employee there and dealing with Her “Daniel “ very honestly and super easy to deal with, when I asked to speak to Daniel ‘ Linda was very rude and said NO yelling I am the owner. 0 stars for the owner
