I love Whitney at Hoover Hometown. She is compassionate, sweet and always eager to help. Even when there's been a mistake with my medication, she was apologetic and kindly and immediately fixed the problem. It's easy to feel like just another customer when you go to a bigger drug store or grocery store, but Whitney makes me feel welcomed as a person and greets me by name every time I go in.
