Does anyone have contact information for Joshua Annis? He owes me $58,000 for an incomplete job. Our lawyers were working it out and then he disappeared. I found out that I am not the first person he has done this to, and thought maybe someone here had a similar experience. He had done business as Broward Build LLC. Little luxury living and several other names. Josh was incredibly great to work with! He’s amazing at what he does very knowledgeable, get things done very promptly and is super easy to work with. I would highly recommend using him for any of your HVAC needs, 10/10 rating for me all the way!
I'd been going back and forth with insurance to get my AC replaced and it was not a quick process getting parts ordered and shipped through the insurance company, but these guys went above and beyond. They picked up the parts the day they became available and were here that same day to install, and even stayed late to wrap everything up. These guys were awesome!
