Great people, awesome service, good honest work ethics
Well update and 1 star now. After my previous review the owner or someone high up i assume came out and promised to make things right and fix the issues. He took no accountability, instead blamed it on the workers and staff. He said it would be fixed and repaired by weeks end. That was almost over 2 weeks ago now. We haven't heard anything from them since. You pay almost 4k for work, you expect the work to be done. Instead we have now had to go behind them and re do and fix everything ourselves. 2 stars because the job is done.. if you call it that. Very shortcutted. Paint doesn't match. Spots left completely undone or spots missing. Zero communication skills. At first the put up the entirely wrong siding and then rushed to re do it, so it's very very sloppy. They painted over tape for crying out loud. They were also supposed to clean the fire residue off. They didn't do that at all.
