I ordered something from Hoover Fence. FedEx delivered the order to the wrong location, within a few days Hoover Fence sorted the issue out and sent a new order to compensate for FedEx's mistake. Very responsive and will take care of issues if they arise. Actual people as well, and not AI robots.
Gave them a call for a fence and its absolutely the worst customer service I have ever had, how do you even sell any product with such lousy customer service.

The product was fine. I got 3,000lbs of cedar rails and fence posts. The customer service was TERRIBLE. The guy who brokered the freight shipping didn't tell me that the bundles that arrived at my residence would be physically impossible to remove from the truck without a forklift. The two young men who showed up to deliver it told me that they would have strapped it to the back of the flatbed, rather than the front, and would have turned it sideways rather than parallel to the flatbed, had they known I didn't own a forklift... read more
