Do not go here for Pre-op. They lie about ho Saenz for the final release of pre-op and postpone it until the very end and then it will not get done.
I have been a patient for over 6 years of Dr. Hoover. The attention to detail that Dr. Hoover and her staff have is top notch. They take the time to listen and explain results. I feel truly blessed to have these Doctors tend to me.
Absolutely the worst customer service. It's medical Wal-Mart.
