Dr Hoover is excellent so glad he is my family's dentist!
Dr. Hoover is simply the BEST!! He is honest, very kind, and does amazing work! I’ve been going to him with my 4 children ever since we moved to Idaho 14 years ago! He really does care about his patients and the work he does. His staff is also very friendly and kind!! I’ll never go anywhere else!! If you want a dentist that you can trust look no further!! I refer him to everyone that is looking for a dentist!!
Dr. Hoover and his staff are a wonderful dental group. Like most, I do not like going too the dentist! Dr Hoover and team took the time and great care to put me at ease. He has been my families dentist since we moved here in 96. Thank you Jeff and your team for being understanding and have the patience to work on a patient like me.
VERY impressed with Dr. Hoover. They accidentally had lost my X-Rays that my insurance would only pay for once every 5 years, I think in a fire or power outage or something, and when I needed new ones my new office/insurance said I would need to pay. I called Hoovers office and told them the situation and they said they would write my new office a check and the cost would be covered since it was their fault they were lost. Great customer service and great character.
