Fantastic! Dr Hoover basically did plastic surgery on my son while correcting hypospadius. Twenty-seven years later he has not had 1 problem! Dr Hoover is THE BEST doctor I ever met in my 62 years of life!
Dr. Hoover is a very caring and friendly doctor. He was very helpful with my son as an infant and until adulthood. He also helped my daughter as a teenager. He is knowledgeable in his profession. He and his staff are very friendly and professional. The office environment is very child friendly. I would highly recommend Dr. Hoover.
