Hoover Collision is, by far, the best collision shop I have ever worked with or heard of. He did a great job on my car, and went above and beyond (changing my headlight and tail lights and fixing the smell from the blower motor) and guaranteed his work. Also, I didn't have to pay my deductible, though I'm not sure if this would be an option for everyone.
