Been a customer for over 5yrs. Without any problems or complaints until 11/20/17 they had a new crew of workers who did a Very Poor Job cleaning my carpets. I called & inbox the owner who was Very Rude to Me aswell as his worker who kept Over talking Me when I was talking to him about his terrible job performance. I tried to resolve the issue even my son called back to try & resolve the issue. The owner wouldn't even come out to see the poor job his New crew of men did on my carpets.
