The whole team is amazing! I just moved to Jax from ny (may ‘25) and had trouble finding a reputable staff that specializes in Lexus- Toyota products. From the customer service to the thorough inspection the team is there to make sure your car stays on the road . Big thanks to the Jeffs and Thomas . I had got the wrong brake parts for my Lexus and they called the shop I got them from and swapped them out for my safety! If that’s not good customer service then I don’t know what is! Will be back for my third service next month
EDIT 7/23/25 Just brought in two of my vehicles for work and inspections. Once again, they did excellent work in good time and for a realistic price. They continue to be my go-to shop. You can't go wrong with Hoover. This shop is awesome. In the three months we have lived here, we have brought both of our daily drivers here, one for an A/C job and the other for a lot of pain-in-the-butt work.
