I came to Hoover Automotive from a recommendation. In actuality I should have kept looking. Initially took the vehicle in in March 2024. Car was thrown back together from an oil pan gasket replacement. Vehicle was out of alignment on pickup, took the vehicle back it was realigned, thank you! Picked the car up the second time and front end was loose, was told by Quentin I had a busted shock boot. Put it on my brother in laws lift, the front end was loosened, shock boot not busted. Hoover Automotive hands down has the best customer service hands down. They finish in a timely manner and are honest and do great work unlike some of the bigger chains. I would highly recommend!

This place is absolutely amazing. They truly care about customers and getting their vehicles fixed quickly and accurately. They are thorough and walk you through any questions you have. I could honestly go on and on about how fantastic they are. Just good, honest people doing an amazing job. We continue to return again and again. They truly are phenomenal. We take all of our cars and even some of our friends and family have started using them. They have definitely earned a customer for life.
I honestly can not say enough great things about Hoover Automotive to adequately express just how amazing this business is. It starts with the owner Josh and his wife, that pour every ounce of integrity into their business. I had them diagnose an issue with my wife's car, and due to the issue not being able to be replicated on site, they did not charge me anything. This time I needed the compressor, condenser, and expansion valve replaced to remedy the AC no longer working, so of course I carry it to Hoover Automotive. I exp... read more
