Every time I take my vehicle here I get it back with an even more serious issue. I actually ended up having to buy a whole new vehicle because of them after taking my truck in just to have the a/c fixed . A week ago, I took my new (used) truck to them for a new starter and radiator hose and; well to make a long story short they cracked my radiator from top to bottom because they broke the reservoir the radiator hose is supposed to connect and didn't fix it they just set the hose so it looked like it was connected. Oh my gosh, such nice people and they did excellent work for us! We had two axles built and they were quality. It was so nice to work with a quality company and people that just get you!
I have had Jeremy work on my vehicles since 2011. He has always taken care of me from the regular maintenance to emergency repairs! You can trust that he is always "trying" to get you back on the road with the best quality parts he can locate in a timely manner.
This “repair shop” neglected my vehicle even though I told them to take a look and fix the problem. They returned the vehicle unfixed. I almost died because of them. Complained to them and they said they weren’t responsible. If you don’t want to die, please don’t take your vehicle here. Especially if you have kids or have a pregnant wife.
Very cordial group of people. Very thorough with inspections and estimates. They do a great job!
