Made the mistake of choosing these clowns to prepare the simplest final decedent income tax returns imaginable - not only did they take 2 months to prepare 2 tiny returns (nearly missing the filing deadline) and charge me nearly a thousand dollars, they then also messed up both the state AND federal returns, one of which I am still working to fix nearly 10 months later. Edit: Really wish I had read the other reviews before I went here, it sounds like these guys are scam-artists.
I called with a question about my mother who had passed away and her estate was in probate.. I needed help.. but instead the woman I spoke to talked down to me and acted like I was stupid. Wonderful way to treat someone in bereavement.
Apparently not accepting new clients but unable to update their website to reflect this.
Hoots, Baker & Wiley have done our Family and Business Taxes for over the last 10 years. Our CPA is Helen Bagley she has done an outstanding job for us and I would be proud to recommend her. 5 Stars
