I ordered a pool ladder when I visited store, I paid for it and I was told it would be in the middle to end of following week. Following week I called on Thursday ,they did not have ladder and would look into it. Then they called to say they couldn’t get it from their other stores(the is no other stores) They meant supplier. Now it has been explained that the supplier is no longer delivering this year. I have been a customer of Hooton Pools and Spa for several years, ever since I brought in my pool pump for a tune-up after another local company told me I would need to replace it. Hooton’s was able to get it working properly, and I have trusted them ever since. The service is consistently outstanding. The staff are knowledgeable, friendly, and always provide quick turnaround.
