Unsatisfactory service. Over the years we have bought all our replacement equipment from Hooton. Easily over $10k. Since we use C-pool and it has to be purchased elsewhere. We buy very few chemicals. So we always bought our large items from Hooton. Recently, they installed our new liner. We purchased an extra tank of water. We felt the extra tank wasn't added. I bought a 15ft above ground pool 2 years ago from Hootons. They were very professional when they installed the above ground pool. I went in to Hootons recently to ask about how to install a solar pool heater. I wish I could remember the young gentleman's name behind the service counter. He was very knowledgeable. He even had a mock installation set and showed me how to connect everything. I went home and installed everything as he had shown me with no issues at all! Very friendly , knowledgeable and professional staff.
