Extremely disappointed with the Hooton. We were told that service would take approximately 2–3 weeks, but it has now been 6 weeks and we still have not received any service. What's even more frustrating is the complete lack of communication. We have made multiple phone calls and gone in person multiple times, yet the service manager has never returned a single call or responded to any of our messages.
