Fries were old and nasty, the food other than the steak sandwich was good. The chocolate cake was delicious, we will return but dining in we believe would be better. The staff are all very polite and helpful, please leave them a tip. Thank you!

Was waiting for almost hours 30 minutes whit my kid after all the waiting they did bring me cold old fries they did not either have the dignity to bring my kid food I will never come back to this location in fayetteville Nc

We have been to many Hooter's Restaurants. This one is in need of repairs (bathroom doors not closing, electric cords hanging across the walls, and overall not inviting) We walked in and no one was there to great us. After a few minutes the bartender welcomed us and told us to sit where we would like. Our waitress was very pleasant and always smiling. I will start with we had not been to JC hooters in well over 6 months due to the poorness of the food. We decided this weekend that we would try and give them another shot. I called the number and was sent to an automated ordeal. The automated system then sent me to a CALL center ( sounded as if I had been sent to India to place my in town order ) I was then sent from the call center to the actual store where I was then put on hold with elevator music to only have someone pick up and hang up on me. This hooters is managed by a idiot, tried to order wings and was told couldn’t do carry out because they were under staffed . Dude you might do better at dollar general, Hooters might be to fast pasted for you.

Horrible experience. Wings dried up and tasted.......well had no taste. Ordered chicken sliders that were seriously not edible. Price is up quality down. Paid $80 Will never go back.

Hard fries, no fork for boneless Buffalo wings, no napkins. Was a carry out. $20.00 + $5.00 tip. It seems I should have got what I paid for but, didn't. Waitress was nice but, food quality not at all.
