The food came out quickly.
To be honest, the food is ok, but the service is quite slow (though that’s not entirely the server’s fault since it’s just one bartender responsible for the entire front of the house, including the bar). I usually just go there for Friday karaoke nights. Came there for a when it was going to be a trial run of 8-midnight instead of 7-11 though they tried to close at 11. The Karaoke DJ, she is !! The waitresses are always helpful and kind. Unfortunately, the manager ruins what could otherwise be a fun night. She is rude, dismissive, and refuses to help her own staff. On one occasion, she even told me she wasn’t the manager and “didn’t work there.” No wonder so many employees leave. I’ve been here over a dozen times (only for karaoke), and each visit the manager looks annoyed that customers are even there. The manager was horrible!!! Karaoke is Britt is great!!. However, the manager was very rude and useless. The waitress did her best and the manager just stood there and did not help at all.
