I came to you establishment at 11am. I was told I needed to make an open table reservation to come in. I didn't have the ability at the time but I found a way. When I made the reservation unfortunately the system wasn't working properly and although there's was LITERALLY NO ONE being served or even in the restaurant the front end person denied me a seat and also didn't tell me I could have sat at the bar without a reservation just like the man I spoke to was sitting. They lost order then took close to an hour to complete order with no apologies. I asked 3xs about order to the bartender just to be ignored then when I pulled the manager that’s when it was discovered the order was “lost”. The cook left 20mins prior which made the manager prep the meal. The bartender complained that she had the ticket but kitchen didn’t receive it then stated she doesn’t make money doing her job. Zero apologies. Ordered at 8:00 and did not receive food till 9:05.
We waited forever for our food. Half of everyone order was wrong. We weren’t going to say anything until they brought hot wings instead of mild and they were too hot for my son to eat. When I told the waiter she was rude and told me she couldn’t help what the kitchen put because she put it in right.

Went yesterday around 3, hostess sat me at a table. Place was not busy, two employees walked by me, said nothing. Sat for about 4 minutes, still no contact. Got up and left.
Horrible service and Manager didn’t care about the situation... not to mention I was spending money in slot machines and they let me leave unsatisfied...
My husband and I came in at 515 pm on a Sunday evening with our 2 kids. After waiting 95 minutes for our food, we got our appetizers and all of our meals all at one time. (There were only 4 other tables in the whole place.) We had to ask for refills, had to ask for silverware, had to ask for napkins, etc. Service was definitely lacking. Our food was correct and came out delicious, so that was the only positive I can write about.
