I will start with we had not been to JC hooters in well over 6 months due to the poorness of the food. We decided this weekend that we would try and give them another shot. I called the number and was sent to an automated ordeal. The automated system then sent me to a CALL center ( sounded as if I had been sent to India to place my in town order ) I was then sent from the call center to the actual store where I was then put on hold with elevator music to only have someone pick up and hang up on me.
