If anyone needs tires come to Hooten. I buy my tires from here at a good price and customer service is great.
I called these dudes to see if they had my tire size and not only did they have it....they had TWO sets that met my needs. They communicated extremely well and the staff made sure to ask questions over any issue so they could absolutely make sure their work was meeting the specific needs of the vehicle. I grabbed a card and sent the info to friends and family that they ALL need to come here. I cant give this staff enough props. Usually I would be giving 5 stars because I have been going to Hootin for many years now. They do have great prices and financing ability. Those things are good. They also have great customer service when you are buying tires. We will not be going to them any longer though because they do not fix what they break. They did apologize and then said I have to take it to a shop. Their guys over torqued the lug nuts and stripped the studs. I am at RNR now getting it fixed.
