Had a new furnace and air conditioner put in. Worked late to make sure I had heat on a cold night. Came back next day and finished small things. Can’t thank them enough. Love small home town businesses. Very happy customer.
If you have any type of MR COOL mini split units do not expect them to service them. Per the owners policy. I asked for a top off for coolant, they said nope “if the unit was installed incorrectly it could lead to other problems.” Literally a plug and play unit, didn’t even get a quote.
Our air conditioner quit blowing cold air one week after I had a major surgery ... and, as luck would have it, during a warm spell. Our house was hot and humid and I was miserable. I called Hoot Owl first thing Monday morning and by Monday afternoon a tech was at my home, had diagnosed the issue, but didn't have the part on his truck. Our thermocouple went out on our furnace in the middle of a snowstorm and a very cold snap today! I talked to Kim who had Creston (the only tech working today) come out about 15 minutes after I called. He was able to get a new thermocouple in our relic of a furnace in no time flat! He explained to us what he did and was very polite! I highly recommend them!
I just wanted to give an update. I got ahold of Ian who is wonderful! He is the owner. He took immediate action and while it was still a bit of a process to get it fixed....he got it fixed!! Issue resolved and after working directly with Ian I would absolutely use his services again. ******** My mom had a new wall furnace installed and it has caught fire four times.
