We discovered the kitchen slideout floor had deteriorated and it was becoming a problem moving the slideout in and out. I didn't have any idea if this was a repairable condition or not, until I was told about Hoosier RV Services. Tony came to my house for an evaluation of the condition and all I heard from him was "yes, we can fix this". I can't tell you what a relief this was to hear that. Our second AC went out Tony suggested upgrading it to a better model which we did and it is also a larger model, And thankfully, now Are able to keep cool in full sun, and 100° heat. Plus, it has a remote how awesome is that I can drop the temp from my bed.
We could not be more pleased with our experience. I feel like we gave them a run for their money with our long list of repairs, upgrades, insurance claims, and recall work. Tony and his team rose to the occasion and completed our repairs in record time. We absolutely love our new @Rockliner forever roof! He was always quick to respond to any question or concern I had.
