First off, Andrew was super responsive, kind and come out pretty promptly to check out my situation. It turns out it was a simple tightening of a couple screws for which he didn't charge me a service fee for. That's the kind of help and kindness that I need more of being on a fixed income and a bit overwhelmed with owning a home. He will certainly be my first call moving forward when needed. The guys with Hoosier Pro Electric were great! Andrew was quick to respond and worked with our schedule to fit us in. Solid, professional work —knew what the issue was right away, fixed it and went above and beyond to make sure we didn’t have the same issue in other areas. We will definitely be using them again. Found Hoosier Pro Electric from a Google search and saw all the great reviews. Talked with Andrew and he went out of his way to come to our place and look over and give me an estimate and what materials to get for the job. We will definitely be calling him back once everything is lined up and ready to go.
