Installed a mini split in our upstairs. Went above and beyond to make sure everything was done correctly. Thank you Doug!
Problem with our attic ducts, Doug found the problem and fixed it. It's nice to have a hometown company be so reliable and honest. Also, a big thank you to Ian for helping. It was much appreciated. We had several people look at the problems we were having with our dryer and water leakage in attic and no one was reasonable or came up with the right solution. Super nice people. Doug with Hoosier home comfort air is an amazing technician he always keeps the customer in mind. Unfortunately when going through certain warranty companies they do not approve what needs to be done but what they want the technician to do. He will give you his opinion on what he feels needs to be done and from there the warranty company tells him what they will pay him for, what is approved, what is denied and how much the owner needs to cover . I had choice home warranty and this is the company that they sent to me, I might as well have looked at the A/C myself, nothing was done right he said all the pressures were right after he topped them off ( they weren’t)after many days ( 3 weeks ) I called a real HVAC company and they were here an hour and determined the A coils were dirty and it was 2 pounds low, Doug at Hoosier did absolutely nothing correct, I can’t be more disgusted knowing my family suffered in the heat and it was something that simple.Don’t hire this c... read more
