Was told I would get a callback by two employees today in regards to being locked out of my card, it’s Saturday the bank closes at 12, (the second time I called was 1145 because I was worried they forgot me, I was ensured I would hear back shortly) of course nobody has called back. Now I have no way to get my money until MONDAY! This bank has HORRIBLE CUSTOMER SERVICE!
