Great history.
Though neither of us had seen the movie yet, we both knew the story’s basic premise—one of the perks of having grown up before the internet, when America still shared a common cultural vocabulary. Visiting film locations is one of our favorite things to do when we travel, and this one was especially memorable. My husband was amazed at finding this gem after seeing a sign on the highway. We got off the expressway and made our way there. Admission is free, but they do accept donations to help with expenses. There is so much to see and do there, and the docents are very knowledgeable. We had a great time, and hubby got a Hoosier Gym hat!!
