Just perfect. Honestly I always felt intimidated coming into this gym but 6 months in and I really feel at home. The community is amazing. The coaches are patient even with my limitations due to injuries. I love training where the coaches are all role models. I hope to stay for many more years.
I'm only 4 sessions in, but so far I'm SUPER impressed! Having a background in group exercise and now teaching yoga---form, personalization, and breath are SO important to me, within the construct of exercise (and most other things too:). Sean took it to the next level for me; really teaching me some strong diaphragmatic breathing, and so much more! AND, this place is super clean and organized! The space feels great! Love this place! We have done a couple of competitions here. The staff are friendly and everything was very well ran!
This place will keep you coming back. It's more than a gym, it's a supportive community. We were visiting family and everyone welcomed us as though we'd been members for years. You come as a client and leave as a friend. And the level of professionalism is superb. They make sure the workout is tailored to your level and physical idiosyncrasies. No fear of injury due to being pushed into a one-size-fits-all routine. The owner and instructors rock!
LOVE this joint!!! I drop in anytime we are back home and I am always welcomed with smiling faces where they remember my name and care about my fitness journey. I feel like home at HAC❤️🙌🏻
