had a really positive experience with Hoosier Auto. They were incredibly understanding and kind during a stressful situation. My husband kept taking our truck here. First time was a compressor. It was fixed ok. But the price was $1500. The next time it sat over a week and we called, they said they had put it off and forgot it. I was done then. It was aligned then and some other work. That was around $1000. It was not fixed so he had to take it back. They charged us another fee for diagnostics. Even thought they had it previously. These guys are amazing. On a trip to Ohio I hit a pothole and ended up puncturing my fuel tank, these guys took my car in, started working as soon as they could and were very honest and communicative throughout the whole process. Overall took a huge weight off my shoulders and were amazing people to work with. Will be coming back for future issues even though I live almost an hr away
The sales manager, Heather went above and beyond what she should’ve done as a sales manager to make sure I got in the vehicle. I wanted with the money that I had down Then, after that, she spent four hours helping me find the insurance because of my driving record again above and beyond what a sales manager should I will be seeing her again. I will be going there for all my vehicles as long as I’m in Indiana wonderful, wonderful wonderful.
