I went to Walmart the other day and when I got to my truck I thought it was dead. So I call Les Schwab to have them jump start me and nothing. It wouldn't start. They thought it was my starter. So I call Hoopermans to come look at my truck and within a minute he found the problem, it was a loose terminal for the battery. He went in to Walmart, got the part and was done in minutes. He was very nice about it and only charged me the price for the diagnostic. Iam very satisfied and will definitely be using Hooperman again.
Super good service as well as just a great guy! Very reasonably priced for mobile services and quick too. Saved me from being stranded on the road, and I couldn't be more thankful for this company!
