Not a good layout. Over croweded beyond belief. You'll never find a parking spot. VERY LOUD neighborhood - no peace here. Thin walls in the construction lead to hearing every noise of your neighbors. Agressive dogs make it a bad environment - and people just plain don't clean up after themselves.
If you have more than 1 car, then plan to fight for a street parking space. The homeowners in Hoopili don't think about helping each other and making more space for parking, they only think about taking as much space as possible.
