I'm down 222 lbs since I started personal training with Chao. For most of my Life I just accepted that I'm going to be extremely overweight, then I found the gym I started to watch what I was eating started 1 on 1 and realized I could change if I quit giving excuses! A good place, it has everything you need for a good workout, the cost is considered, it has a good location
